The "Prime" Burger (cont.)

Perhaps it's a good thing for David that this was a dry run. High on creativity (garlic spinach, "crispy" shallots, bacon mayo, toasted potato bun, asiago truffle skins instead of fries); low on organization (a real mess on the plate). As to flavor, you could taste the aging, but our reviewers didn't appreciate it. No scores, but maybe that's just as well.
